Located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, Treasured Gifts was founded by Doris Serra in May of 2004. After spending many hours taking in the gorgeous scenery around her she became very inspired to create. First it was something to hand out as gifts for her children as well as grandchildren. Soon more and more ideas came her way.
